In a civil suit filed 2005, one man alleged abuse by Lott at Delbarton School in 1977. He also said that Lott gave him alcohol and marijuana. The Order said it learned of accusations against Lott in 2004 and reported the abuse to police. A 3/17 lawsuit claimed sexual abuse by Lott 1/1/76 of another Delbarton student.
