In 4/12, attorney Mitch Garabedian announced that he had recently settled at least one case involving allegation of abuse by Scott. Abuse occurred several times in Scott’s car between 1969-1970 when accuser was 16. Diocese says Scott is not an active priest. Other sources report he is living in North Carolina.
